- Industry experience within international supply chain
- Transportation knowledge including:
- Standard procedures for direct, back to back, consolidations and gateways cargo movement
- Industry standard documentation requirements including hazmat and limited liability risk
- Highlighting improvement opportunities by region, station, carrier, client or vertical with recommended digital solutions to alleviate issues or improve productivity, efficiency and data quality
- Collaboration with Global Process Managers and Application Product Owners to identify digital solutions for:
- Training and workflow gaps
- Global Trade Compliance risks
- Pricing or financial leakage
- Carrier allocation misalignment or consolidation opportunities
- Data quality concerns impacting reporting or client visibility
- Collecting country level business requirements including, but not limited to:
- Export and import compliance
- Documentation standards
- Local language translations
- VAT or tax requirement setup
- Review of unique client and regional business cases that may require system configuration or custom solutions
- Analysis, proposal and procedural documentation of regional or country level customizations that conflict with global standards
- Testing and implementation of standards and enhancements for global cargo movement including best practices, workflow improvements and training content (work instructions, videos, live demos/workshops, procedural documentation, etc.)
- Close collaboration with the Digital Products Field Trainers for global and regional alignment of training curriculum, new hire onboarding and operational application certification
- Post go-live troubleshooting, onsite and virtual training, ongoing regional and station support
- Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or relevant work experience
- Experience with organizational learning and development program delivery
- Experience working in a global multi-cultural environment
- Experience in the Logistics industry preferred
- Familiarity with eLearning development tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, or similar is a plus
- Proficient with MS Office or related office suite software
Certifications & Licenses
- Professional certification may be required in some areas

- Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
- Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
