This role is a Hybrid position, involving nurturing relationships with referral partners, contributing to the transition team's operations to gain in-depth business knowledge, and potentially offering more hours based on the candidate's fit. Enjoy a flexible schedule of 25-30 hours per week, with the potential for more opportunities!
At Caring Transitions, we specialize in assisting seniors with downsizing, organizing their possessions, facilitating moves to senior living communities, and managing the sale of their treasured items through our online estate auction platform. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong Referral Partnerships with real estate offices, assisted living facilities, retirement communities, and elder law attorneys to expand outreach in Worcester and Middlesex County.
- Drive a consistent stream of referrals from our partnerships to uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional senior transition services.
- Create and oversee reports to monitor progress and achievements.
- Participate in our online training that specializes in senior transitions.
- Utilize a CRM system for tracking activities and advancements.
Qualifications
- Experience with successful results is preferred over education.
- Must possess outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities and the capacity to negotiate effectively.
- Possess a positive attitude and strong sense of purpose with the aptitude to develop a passion for the goals and objectives of the company.
- Self-starter with good organization and time management capabilities.
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficient with Social Media for engaging and developing a loyal customer base with unique out-of-the-box ideas.
Compensation
$22 hourly + bonus
