We are looking for an Information Systems (IS) Implementation Manager to manage, schedule, and control our IS/IT projects and related tasks to deploy client and system migrations. Your Role
The National IS Program Manager will serve as the primary spokesperson for the Blue Yonder-based WMS program and its surroundings including automation. You will provide functional, technical, and operational expertise for any projects in the country along with supporting presales activities and helping drive the adoption of standardized systems. The role will help validate requirements, alongside the rest of the IS team in the country, and act as design lead for complex implementations.
Your Responsibilities
- Provides process definition/improvement for current project operations
- Act as design lead and/or vet any new implementation or sales cycle where the WMS is in scope
- Drive Partner Management including scope definition, KPIs, Finance, and partner consultant evaluations
- Provide the relevant technical expertise around product integrations and advanced warehousing concepts/functionalities
- Oversee, mentor, and develop the implementation team to support the complete WMS
portfolio, successfully executing both client implementations and internal
strategic/ change management initiatives
- Strategize with global and regional resources to ensure that national and regional
requirements are being built into global solutions that meet
country/Region strategic direction
- Drive the Blue Yonder WMS initiative to success in the Country/region including
identification and development of necessary surrounding applications that
meet or exceed current capabilities
- Ensure that the necessary integration points, methods, and solutions in the
country are aligned with the Regional/global strategy and can become best
practices within the region
- Drive conformance to Contract Logistics guidelines and project methodology
Your Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or equivalent work
experience
- Minimum 5 years of functional/ technical experience in Blue Yonder implementation
experience
- 4+ years
of Process improvement experience
- 3+ years
of 3PL, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
- Solid knowledge of Blue Yonder capabilities and logic
- Anticipate travel at 50%, with increased travel during the realization phase of
implementation
