Position Title: Senior Mission Assurance Analyst

Shift: On-site Support on weekends and/or after-hours as required by specific projects (approximately 5-10% of the time; Compensatory Time and Flex Time available)
Travel Required: Up to 10% of the time
Description of Duties:
The Senior Mission Assurance Analyst supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:
- Possess the ability to work closely with systems, electrical and mechanical engineers as well as facility operations and maintenance personnel and teams.
- Apply Mission Assurance best practices to requirements definition, design, implementation, and verification of infrastructure and facility projects.
- Perform Mission Assurance impact assessments and adjudicate issues with multiple mission partners in support of infrastructure projects.
- Integrate and communicate with base civil engineering and communications squadrons in order to synchronize base and infrastructure projects against MDA research and development events.
- Develop and maintain documentation such as updated processes, requirements traceability, matrices, Mission Assurance checklists, executive briefs, etc.
- Adhere to all organizational environmental and safety programs.
Basic Requirements:Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 12 years of general experience; Associate’s degree and 10 years of general experience; Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of general experience; Master’s degree and 6 years of general experience.
- Must have 7 years of related experience.
- Must have one year of experience in management or leadership roles.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge and understanding of facility operations and systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and SharePoint.
- Must have an active DoD Secret, or higher, security clearance.
Desired Requirements:- Experience in the specialized construction trades (electrical, plumbing, or HVAC preferred).
- Construction project management experience.
- Specialized construction trade consulting experience.
- Construction or structural engineering or site engineer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering field, and 5+ years of systems engineering or related experience.
- Demonstrated ability to clearly present and articulate solutions to customers and stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to closely interact and engage with a wide variety of mission partners.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and implement tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and work well in a team environment.
This position is expected to pay
$104,000 - $129,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
