Real Estate Associate Attorney
We are actively seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Associate Attorney to join our established legal team in Atlanta, GA. In this key role within our firm, you will be integrated into a dynamic environment where your expertise in various real estate transactions will directly contribute to our continued success. Compensation: $145,000.00 - $294,000.00
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and negotiate complex real estate transactions including acquisitions, leases, and development deals.
- Represent both national and regional investors, developers, and corporate tenants across various real estate projects.
- Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of real estate related matters from project inception to completion.
- Collaborate with a national team of attorneys to deliver comprehensive legal solutions that meet client needs across multiple sectors.
- Develop and maintain professional relations with clients, enhancing client satisfaction and engagement with the firm.
- Manage multiple legal projects simultaneously with a focus on delivering results within the stipulated timelines and budgets.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis, and prepare legal documents that adhere to current laws and regulations.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- JD from a top-tier law school with an impressive academic record.
- Bar Admission in Georgia, or willingness to seek admission promptly.
- At least 2 years of substantial experience in handling complex real estate legal matters.
- Proven ability to efficiently handle real estate transactions involving acquisitions, leasing, and development.
- Experience representing high-profile national and regional investors, developers, and corporate tenants.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the retail/shopping center industry is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated knowledge of financing, zoning, and environmental issues related to real estate.
- Previous experience in a law firm setting working on large-scale real estate transactions is preferred.
