Position Description
Business analyst responsible for administrating DTE Energy’s Gas Choice and Easement programs. Manages day to day activity in researching, analyzing and resolving Gas Choice and Easement Business Exception Process Management (BPEM) related to customer account information in SAP. Responsible for responding to inquiries from Gas Choice suppliers and Easement related to the programs or billing or other reporting or volumetric information and issue resolution, including system or processing issues. Excellent PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.
Requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, IT or related discipline. 1 year of experience working with business customers. Contractor will be given moderate direction regarding tasks to be performed. Primary job functions may require exercising independent judgment.
