We are currently seeking a Revenue Billing Specialist to join the team at our central office in Beaverton, Oregon. In this role, you will be responsible for daily billing and auditing for the communities, all resident accounts, and leasing and rent inventory management. You will closely coordinate with the central office accounting and operations teams, and the community-based executive management teams.
The essential responsibilities will include:
- Communicate with residents and/or community leadership regarding billing questions as needed
- Assist with the weekly billing census as needed
- Posting bills and invoicing residents through Realpage Property Management System
- Track all outstanding charges for residents; invoicing/sending receipts for payment
- Make phone calls and track residents who are behind, work with collections
- Build and maintain reports to assist in measuring operational and financial goals for the company
- Review and maintain market rates, amenity pricing, and general property data within the Realpage Leasing & Rents system
- Act as central point of contact for Realpage system modifications as they relate to accounting and leasing data
Required Qualifications:

- Minimum three to five years of general accounting/billing experience
- Proficient with MS Office; advanced Excel proficiency
- Realpage property management software experience preferred
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exhibits an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire for continuous improvement
