Job Summary:
An Account Resolution Specialist provides clerical and customer service support related to Insurance Credits, Refunds, Self Pay, and Uninsured Accounts. They are responsible for reviewing accounts, making corrections, identifying trends, and answering incoming calls and questions.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Required
Work Experience and Additional Information:
- 2 years of experience working closely with insurance companies, managed care plans, and physician billing - Required
