Senior Analyst, Transatlantic Pricing in Atlanta, Georgia

Delta’s Revenue Management Team currently has a Transatlantic Pricing Senior Analyst need in Atlanta, GA to assist with the ongoing development of Delta’s market-level transatlantic pricing strategy and analysis of revenue performance.
The primary responsibility of this position is to identify the revenue maximizing pricing strategy for each transatlantic market within an assigned scope with a key focus on pricing segmentation, fare structure, and competitive positioning.
The role will leverage existing performance tools as well as develop new ones to improve performance tracking and identify new revenue opportunities. This role is also responsible for maintaining competitive posture pertaining to Delta's fares, rules, pricing policies, procedures, and programs for the Revenue Management Transatlantic Pricing Team. This position also works closely with inventory management, network planning and our partners Air France, KLM, and Virgin Atlantic to ensure alignment with divisional and corporate priorities.
Position Responsibilities:
- Ability to quickly analyze data, concisely summarize results, and effectively present conclusions and recommendations.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as excellent verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrates peer leadership.
- Responsible for coordinating published pricing actions with our TATL Joint Venture (JV) partners (Air France/KLM, and Virgin Atlantic).
- Prior analytical experience required with demonstrated proficiency independently managing complex and high-profile market scopes or projects.
- Identify and analyze market issues and trends, determining appropriate pricing actions, filing of actions, and post-audit assessment of action.
- Utilized expertise in technical skills and knowledge.
- Provides coaching and mentoring to peers.
- Must have the ability to work well with others in a time-sensitive, team-focused, and results-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
- Must be able to create new or enhance existing processes/tools and develop analytical modeling.
- Participates in multiple cross-divisional projects experience is valuable.
- Must be able to occasionally work weekends.
- Must be able to set priorities in a time-sensitive environment based on revenue impact and be able to manage several responsibilities at once.
- Must be performing satisfactorily in current position.
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
- Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
- 3+ years of experience in related field preferred.
- Familiarity with pricing systems (ATPCO, Sabre AirPrice AVFM), unpublished pricing, and DLTerm preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required; experience with Brio/Hyperion/SAS a plus.
- Experience in pricing, revenue management, or related field is strongly preferred.
