Responsibilities
- Follow the Team Plan
- Event Coordination: Coordinate and manage all aspects of open house events, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish
- Property Preparation: Oversee the preparation of properties for open houses, ensuring they are presented in the best possible light to potential buyers
- Communication Management: Craft and deliver effective communication strategies to engage with open-house visitors, providing valuable information and guidance throughout the event
- Lead Follow-Up: Implement proactive follow-up procedures to nurture leads generated from open houses, maximizing the chances of conversion into sales
- Sales Generation: Utilize proven sales techniques to convert open house attendees into satisfied buyers, driving revenue and achieving sales targets
- Schedule Management: Strategically plan and schedule open houses to ensure a consistent flow of events, maximizing opportunities for property exposure and sales
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of open house strategies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing adjustments as necessary to optimize results
Qualifications
- Effective Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, to engage with potential buyers, convey property features effectively, and follow up with leads professionally
- Event Coordination Experience: Have experience in coordinating and managing events, ensuring all logistical aspects of open house events are meticulously planned and executed
- Property Presentation Expertise: Showcase expertise in preparing properties for open houses, with a keen eye for detail to ensure optimal presentation and attractiveness to potential buyers
- Sales Opportunity Awareness: Exhibit a proven track record of successful sales, with the ability to leverage persuasive techniques and close deals effectively during open house events
Compensation
$70,000 - $120,000 at plan commissions
