WHAT WE DO
We are a full-service creative digital agency. Our people, technology and insights help global media and entertainment, sports and lifestyle brands create, manage, localise, distribute and place their content, and evaluate its media reach.
LOCALISATION SERVICES
DMS delivers centralised localisation services to the major film studios from its Central London studio. Our localisation team provides a full range of adaptation and localisation services that we centrally manage through our Panther Digital Asset Management system. Our services include subtitling, dubbing, editing, colour grading and visual effects of promotional materials to support worldwide release.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Billings Assistant to work alongside the management team to assist in the day to day review of documents pertaining to reporting, data management and billing. This is a key role that requires numeracy skills and a very high attention to detail. Supporting a large multinational team, you will play a valuable role in the maintenance of up to date records and accurate billing data. Strong Excel skills are a necessity, although bespoke internal databases will also play a large part in the role.
KEY TASKS
- To work alongside the management team to assist them in day to day administrative requirements
- Proactively maintain up to date billing details and deliver billing data for approval
- Working closely with the wider team to make sure records are accurate and completed in a timely manner
- Responsible for billing deadlines for a variety of international clients and work with the team to make sure these deadlines are adhered to
- To provide reports based on campaigns and release dates
- Offer support to the Account Managers for a variety of ad hoc reporting requirements
- Ability to prioritise large workloads and manage time efficiently
- To provide sound numeracy skills in order to produce accurate information and correct errors
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in order to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of post production workflows and digital file delivery would be beneficial
REQUIREMENTS
- In-house scheduling software
- Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook
- In-house and external digital asset management systems
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Resilience to successfully adapt to changing situations
- Experience using Excel to analyse data and pull reports
