Job Requirements
- 4-6 years (min) Estimating Job Cost Estimator experience in the Aerospace Sheet Metal Parts Manufacturing field
- Knowledge of competitive labor rates, outside processing rates and material cost for Sheet Metal Aerospace parts and sub-assemblies
- Ability to read and interpret BP, plans, and specifications
- Ability to prepare cost estimates in a timely manner, sometimes expedite when needed in this fast-paced working environment
- Identify, understand and meet project schedule deliverables
- Military and Commercial Aerospace Manufacturing and Fabrication knowledge
- Report savvy - produce and interpret reports as required
- Supervisor or strong leadership experience
- Safety oriented and knowledge
- Positive and Good Attitude, Good People Skills. Be able to interact with co-workers, management, Quality dept., customers, vendors and govt. officials
- Problem-solving skills, troubleshoot skills, and teamwork minded
- HS Graduated and a BA / BS or AA College Degree (min. req.)
- Excellent Communication skills via phone and in-person and via email correspondence. Articulate well. Speak and read English well
Job Position Details
Job Position is FT, M-F 5-1:30 p.m., OT required M-F and some Saturday mornings.
