Responsibilities: Your Impact: • Personal Assistant to the CEO: You’ll ensure the CEO stays focused and on track, managing her calendar, creating and prioritizing to-do lists, and following up on important connections. You’ll be the organizational powerhouse that keeps the business moving forward. • Proactive Communication: Whether it’s putting the right lists of contacts in front of the CEO or handling follow-ups on her behalf, you’ll make sure that no opportunity slips through the cracks. • Marketing & Strategy Support: Use your marketing skills to maintain and grow our brand presence. You’ll handle everything from content creation to client communications, ensuring we’re always top of mind in the market. • Team Growth & Network Expansion: By helping the CEO stay organized and focused, you’ll directly contribute to the growth of our team and the expansion of our network, playing a crucial role in our overall success. Qualifications: What You Bring to the Table: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role, preferably in a real estate or fast-paced business environment. • Strong marketing skills, with a proven track record in content creation, social media management, and client communications. • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM systems (experience with real estate software like MLS or transaction management platforms is a plus). • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor and the ability to interact confidently with clients, vendors, and team members. • High level of discretion and confidentiality, especially when handling sensitive information. • Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative without being prompted.
