The Car Sales Finance Manager is responsible for managing retail business including sales, finance, and the sales team. Assist in the management of all other store processes as needed and support omni-channel sales. Meet and exceed sales targets, manage and lead the sales team, drive strong CRM metric accountability, achieve KPI targets, support digital retailing initiatives, including Rent2Buy. Ensure completion of finance deal packages, promptly follow up on all missing documents and pending deals, work with Sales Consultants on finance processing and metrics, support the finance and insurance process and performance.
Wage: $17.00/hour + sales-based commissions

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience in Car Sales Management.
- Experience in auto dealership and car sales, experience in auto financing and car sales regulations, experience with auto lenders, previous supervision, or managerial experience with P&L responsibility.
- Manage and lead the Car Sales Team, knowledge of F&I processes, business acumen, and identifying business needs, knowledge of industry pricing tools, vehicle product knowledge (features and benefits).
- Effective management skills, strong problem-solving skills, strong communication and presentation skills, effectively interact with all levels of the organization, computer literate, strong sales, and F&I skills, self-motivated, goal-oriented, excellent customer service skills.
