A little bit about the role:
You'll be the go-to person, expertly handling a variety of tasks. You'll need to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead to keep your lead agent organized and efficient. You'll be involved in every aspect of the business, from protecting the lead agent's time, scheduling photography and staging to managing showings, and relaying agent feedback to clients. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a calm demeanor.
Your responsibilities will cover a wide range:
- Delivering top-tier, concierge-level service to clients
- Collaborating closely with the transaction coordinator
- Drafting listing agreements and managing listings and MLS input
- Coordinating incoming offers
- Preparing counter-offers
- Acting as the point person for various third parties and vendors
- Briefing your lead agent on upcoming meetings and providing necessary materials
- Managing the database and owning the sales pipeline
In addition to real estate-specific tasks, you'll take on key Executive Assistant duties:
- Managing the lead agent's email inbox and calendar
- Ensuring your lead agent is fully prepared for all appointments
- Handling correspondence and scheduling on behalf of your lead agent
Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience supporting a real estate agent or team
- A valid FL real estate license is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Outlook, Google Suite, MLS, DocuSign, and CRM platforms
- Project Management Software
