The Senior Pricing Analyst will help accelerate growth and advance Zelis’s competitiveness through pricing strategy and frameworks to continuously improve pricing effectiveness and efficiency. The role is responsible for partnering with multiple internal stakeholders to help create, implement, and validate pricing strategies, processes, tools, and models to drive customer adoption, revenue, and margin objectives.
Location and Workplace Flexibility: This role will be hybrid; proximity to our Atlanta GA, or St Petersburg, FL office. We foster a hybrid and remote friendly culture and all of our employee's work locations are based on the needs of the position and determined by the Leadership team. In-office work and activities, if applicable, vary based on the work and team objectives in accordance with Company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the undertaking of pricing analysis on new deals and renewals.
- Monitor implementation and adherence to pricing guidelines.
- Help facilitate design, roll out and update pricing guidelines.
- Run analysis to help set price and discount frameworks that drive customer adoption while maintaining margin targets.
- Measure and track impact of pricing changes.
- Facilitate the design and generation of new reports and dashboards as needed.
- Help assist a coordinated approach to regular price increases across some segments of our business.
- Partner with the Sr. Manager FP&A to devise price setting and execution strategies to meet business price targets and enable profitable business growth.
- Present pricing analysis and recommendations to various teams, up to and including management.
- Develop and recommend changes to business processes and policies to improve price performance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business/accounting/finance or a related field.
- 4-6 years of progressive experience within pricing/finance or analytical experience.
- 2+ years of pricing experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience with US healthcare.
- Experience working with large volumes of complex data.
- Proven data analysis experience and solid grasp of pricing models and techniques.
