Responsibilities:
- Strategic Pricing Analysis: Develop and implement strategic pricing models based on market trends, competitive analysis, and internal cost structures. Utilize Activity-Based Costing (ABC) to ensure pricing strategies reflect the true cost of services and enhance profitability.
- Customer Value Proposition (CVP): Analyze and articulate the Customer Value Proposition (CVP) to tailor pricing strategies that meet client needs and maximize perceived value. Ensure that pricing aligns with the company’s strategic goals and client expectations.
- Quote Management: Oversee the preparation and management of quotes for clinical trial services. Ensure accuracy and consistency in pricing proposals, and provide support to the sales team in negotiating terms and finalizing agreements.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify pricing trends and opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations based on data to adjust pricing strategies and maintain competitive positioning.
- Reporting and Collaboration: Prepare detailed reports on pricing performance, including profitability and market impact. Collaborate closely with finance, sales, and operations teams to align pricing strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
