You'll be working in our CRM daily, combing through thousands of leads to find motivated buyers & sellers to work with. Your job is to qualify the client over the phone, set expectations for the next steps, and set the appointment for the agent to convert into a viable real estate client. Responsibilities: • Lead conversion: Connecting with potential clients via multiple marketing strategies such as calling, texting and emailing. (THIS IS A CALLING POSITION). • Lead qualifying: Through conversation (call/text/email), you'll screen potential clients to determine their level of interest, motivation, and ability to purchase or sell a property. • Lead nurturing: Maintaining regular contact with leads to build relationships and keep them engaged until they are ready to move forward with a purchase or sale (most people will NOT be ready when you first communicate with them). • Database management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information in a CRM system and other sales-related software. • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, texts and video to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads. • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met. Qualifications: • Willingness to get Real Estate License within the first year. • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. • Care for people; understanding that THEIR needs are our priority, not our timeline. • Strong attention to detail is critical for maintaining accurate client information in our CRM, along with other systems. • A background of managing people, working with clients or ensuring a positive experience for clients. • Previous experience in sales, particularly in real estate or a related field, can be beneficial for understanding the sales process and effectively supporting the sales team. • Familiarity with various marketing strategies and tools can be helpful for generating leads and qualifying potential clients. • The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities is essential for success in a fast-paced sales environment. • Proficiency in various systems including CRM/client database, Google Suite and email is required for managing client information, generating reports, and communicating with clients and colleagues. Compensation: $40,000 - $90,000 with performance bonuses
