This is an opportunity to join an active group that has significant experience trying cases in the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the federal district courts, and in appealing cases to the federal courts of appeal.
Our client’s tax controversy lawyers are well integrated across the firm’s Intellectual Property, Complex Commercial Litigation, and Appellate groups taking the lead in both trying and appealing tax cases.
If you have 3+ years’ IRS, DOJ or Tax Court experience, we would be excited to explore this opportunity with you.
