The Senior Market Finance Analyst/Professional collects, analyzes, and reports on various market data to connect financial outcomes with operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Works with Actuary, MRA, Corporate Finance, Clinical, and MarketPoint.
- Partners with Providers/Hospitals/Ancillary externally to drive optimization.
- Requires making daily decisions regarding operations to strategic planning.
- Address specific business performance across a matrixed organization and foster key relationships with business stakeholders.
- Works closely with Service Fund.

Required Qualifications:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint.
- Comprehensive knowledge of pivot tables and look-up functions (Excel).
- Experience with large data sets.
- Strong analysis of data.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters of Business Administration (MBA).
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Knowledge of Service Fund.
- Working with Medicare Value-Based Provider.

- Department Hours: 8am-5pm EST.

- Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
- Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information.

Pay Range:
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $76,800 - $105,800 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
