Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring financial health, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. The Financial Manager will play a critical role in budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and compliance, contributing to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability. Conduct detailed financial analysis and forecasting to guide business decisions. Prepare and manage annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and report variances.
Reporting and Compliance:
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts. Oversee compliance with financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS. Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
Cost Management:
Monitor and control expenses to optimize cost efficiency. Analyze cost structures and recommend cost-saving measures. Manage pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
Cash Flow Management:
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability. Develop strategies to optimize working capital and manage debt.
Strategic Support:
Collaborate with senior management to support strategic planning and decision-making. Provide financial insights and recommendations to drive business growth and efficiency. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support company objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred). Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis. Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, financial modeling). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
