Overview:
The Senior Customer Enablement Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the enablement of think-cell customers by delivering training, workshops, and best practices to a defined set of customer accounts within a specific geographical region.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Account Executives to drive account growth and execute plays that address churn risks, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Lead think-cell training sessions and workshops tailored to customer use cases, enhancing software adoption and value realization.
- Oversee trials and proof of concepts, aligning think-cell’s solutions with prospective customers' needs.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with product and marketing teams to drive product improvements and customer success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data and opportunities in systems like Salesforce.
Your profile
- 5+ years in Customer Enablement, Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in SaaS.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven track record in creating and delivering training programs.
- Experience with software demos, trials, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Proven ability to analyze feedback and drive actionable results.
- Primarily an in-office culture with 3 days in Denver in the office and 2 days from home.
This position is based in think-cell’s headquarters in Denver office.
