Seeking a professional Bilingual Leasing Specialist with great customer service skills, sales skills, and attention to detail. If you are a self-starter who has the ability to lead without direction, we would love to have a chance to meet with you for this opportunity.
This role will require weekend availability.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing the sale, completing lease documents, and inspecting units to ensure a great move-in experience.
- Use problem-solving skills and best judgment to handle unpredictable situations as they arise.
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize your workday.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communications.
- Must be computer literate.
- Outgoing, friendly personality.
- Qualify client needs and eligibility in compliance with Fair Housing Laws and non-discriminatory leasing policy.
- Qualify each prospect in accordance with Company standards.
- Secure lease renewals.
- Experience with Resman preferred.
- Ensure the community and show units meet company standards for show quality through daily inspections.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Marketing experience.
