Requirements

Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in commercial roofing estimating
Strong technical knowledge of low-slope roofing systems
Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills
Experience using ProEst (or similar cloud-based system)

Your Role

Prepare project budget estimates and proposals
Submit proposals to Sales Manager or directly to customer
Uploads Bid Sheets (if not bidding in ProEst), proposals, and any take-offs to ProEst
Communicating with customers
Consult with project management teams
Support production managers
