The Senior Market Finance Analyst/Professional collects, analyzes and reports on various market data to connect financial outcomes with operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Works with Actuary, MRA, Corporate Finance, Clinical and MarketPoint.
Partners with Providers/Hospitals/Ancillary externally to drive optimization.
Makes daily decisions regarding operations to strategic planning.
Addresses specific business performance across matrixed organization and fosters key relationships with business stakeholders.
Works closely with Service Fund.

Use your skills to make an impact

Required Qualifications:

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint.
Comprehensive knowledge of pivot tables and look-up functions (Excel).
Experience with large data sets.
Strong analysis of data.

Department Hours: 8am-5pm EST

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters of Business Administration (MBA).
Knowledge of SQL.
Knowledge of Service Fund.
Experience working with Medicare Value Based Provider.

Interview Process:

Work at Home Guidance:

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service must meet the following criteria:

At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended.
Associates must work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $76,800 - $105,800 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
