Job Description
A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Finance SAP Project Analyst.
Position type: Full-time Contract
Duration: 12 months
Location: Woodcliff Lake, NJ
As a Finance SAP Project Analyst, you will:
- Collaborate with the finance team and subject matter experts to understand and document business requirements and ensure the SAP system is configured.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new SAP financial features and modules.
- Provide support to other finance users on the effective use of SAP for financial management.
- Identify and report on issues or errors within the SAP financial modules and work with the Project Team to resolve them.
- Assist in the implementation and rollout of new SAP financial features or modules.
- Serve as a point of contact for finance-related SAP inquiries and support.
- Execute comprehensive test cases to validate the functionality of SAP financial modules, configuration, and integrations.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, and UAT on SAP financial systems.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues found during testing and work with the IT and development teams to resolve them.
- Serve as a liaison between the subject matter experts and IT department, effectively communicating testing results and requirements.
- Support in developing training materials and sessions for finance end-users on the proper use of SAP financial modules.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or IT.
- 3-5 years of experience in a project management or business analysis role.
- Proficiency in using SAP financial modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset management.
- Familiarity with SAP reporting and business intelligence tools.
- Experience in providing end-user training and support is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence.

Pay Range and Benefits:
Pay Range: $46.00 - $54.32 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
