Role overview:
This role as an FP&A Analyst will have you playing a key part in driving company growth by focusing on analysing and optimising revenue streams, identifying and pursuing new strategies to maximise profitability. In this role you will work alongside sales, marketing, and finance, providing data-driven support to assist business development, strategic planning, and actionable blueprints for revenue enhancement in our New Jersey location.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitoring and analysing key performance metrics across sales channels.
- Ensure accurate financial recording in accordance with accounting standards.
- Work across departments to analyse the financial impact of company campaigns.
- Collaborate to develop revenue and budget forecasts.
- Analyse revenue streams and performance in order to provide insights in pricing adjustments.
- Presenting detailed reports and findings to senior management.
Education and Experience:
- Qualification in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field to a Bachelor’s degree level or higher.
- At least 2 years in a similar role in revenue analysis or similar financial analysis.
- Experience in the life science industry.
Skills:
- Proven experience in financial modelling and forecasting.
- Proficiency in budgeting and revenue analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to present findings and communicate insights to senior organisational members.
- Capacity to collaborate across departments to effectively analyse company outcomes.
- High attention to detail and commitment to report accuracy.
- Proficiency in understanding and creation of financial reports.
