Here's what you can expect as a Senior Financial Analyst at DaVita: We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our high performing Growth Finance team. As a Senior Financial Analyst on our team, you will help design, implement, and execute on strategic projects that drive DaVita's multi-year growth. You will combine aspects of Finance, Growth & Strategy to critically think through complex problems and help solve critical business issues that impact our short-term & long-term goals. On our team, we will ask you to use your analytical mindset to push forward and make recommendations on important Village initiatives. We then will ask you to use your relationship building skills to implement your ideas with cross-functional partners. You will manage a team of analysts to help deploy your findings across the Village. Your work will be visible to senior leadership, and you'll be expected to present your findings to executive leaders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Strong foundation in quantitative concepts (e.g. financial, statistical, forecasting, etc.)
- Ability to simplify complex or ambiguous financial, business and operational problems through hypotheses-based analytical frameworks

- Knack for quickly internalizing how business processes work and the role that people play within the Village

- Deliver on-time, accurate, and meaningful insights to help drive strategic decision making by our senior executives

- Drive actionable recommendations from synthesis of insights that push partners to differential results or new strategies
- Appropriately manage potential roadblocks proactively identifying, communicating, and solving issues
- Communication
- Prioritize communications to focus on most critical information with a bias towards action
- Contribute to effective communication including insights and progress towards results
- Team
- Contribute to a team environment of trust and learning with multi-directional feedback
- Partner with Operations, Strategy, & other stakeholders to drive results and maintain credibility

- Ability to quickly act on tactical feedback and develop over time
Desired Qualifications:

- Ability to build relationships across DaVita with cross-functional partners
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills with programs like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other helpful programs
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (e.g. finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, etc.)
- 2+ years professional experience in analytics / finance / project management

Salary/ Wage Range: $68,400.00-$100,400.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
