As a Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our client’s business development efforts. You’ll use your excellent communication skills to connect with potential leads, pre-screen prospects, and set the stage for successful real estate deals. You’ll work remotely with a supportive team, using advanced CRM systems to manage and nurture leads efficiently. Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential real estate leads using provided CRM systems
- Engage prospects using a tailored script to effectively communicate our client’s value proposition
- Pre-screen potential clients to assess their interest and qualifications for real estate opportunities
- Accurately record call outcomes and lead information in the CRM for seamless follow-up
- Identify and forward qualified leads to the sales team, facilitating deal progression
- Maintain a consistent call volume while ensuring quality interactions with each prospect
- Achieve and exceed daily and weekly call targets, contributing to the company’s growth objectives
- Adapt communication style to effectively handle objections and keep prospects engaged
- Provide regular updates on call metrics and lead generation performance
Requirements
- Fluent English speaker with clear pronunciation and minimal accent, ensuring effective communication with diverse clientele
- Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in the real estate or related industries
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, with quick adaptability to learn new software platforms
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills to engage prospects effectively
- Resilient and positive attitude, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain enthusiasm
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and capacity to work independently in a remote setting
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and work during U.S. business hours
- Strong time management skills to handle approximately 300 calls per week efficiently
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving a 25% contact ratio and 10% lead conversion rate
- Comfortable with an average call duration of 1-2 minutes for successful contacts
- Basic understanding of real estate terminology and processes is a plus
