Position: Recruitment Development Manager
Location: Delhi/NCR (Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Allahabad, Lucknow, Agra, Jaipur, Kolkata)
Salary: 4 Lac + Rimb + Incentive
Experience: 2 to 10 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage insurance sales goal achievement through recruiting agents.
- Train and develop agents on a commission basis.
- Supervise the activity plan of all agents to ensure fulfillment at desired levels.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) with agents and update the Sales Management System.
- Promote and motivate agents for career progression programs to encourage them to join the organization.
- Encourage agents to use the Agent Portal and CRM for managing their customers and cross-selling different products.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience.

- Good communication skills.
- Stable past career employment history.
- Well networked in the local area with an understanding of the local market and proven track records.
