Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Lead Business Systems Analyst to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on the IT Digital Payments team, driving key solutions for high-volume payment origination, processing, and settlement. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver reliable, innovative payment capabilities like Zelle and Real-Time Payments. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users and IT teams to define application requirements and ensure compliance with business needs.
- Work with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Experience Owners to align teams and estimate efforts for Epics and Features.
- Write Use Cases and User Stories to guide development, ensuring smooth implementation with development teams.
- Identify opportunities to enhance application reliability and mitigate compliance vulnerabilities with IT and business partners.

The Ideal Candidate
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis for software development or product teams.
- Experience with payments processing (Wires, ACH, Zelle, TCH RTP, Bill Payments) and ledgering.
- Familiarity with building REST APIs or knowledge of REST architecture.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience with Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall delivery models.
- Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO) for maintaining User Stories and documentation.
