Job Description
We are seeking talented individuals to work as part of our Services team, performing software implementations and value-added services to our growing client base.
The Accounting Consultant role establishes and reviews our clients’ accounting procedures and records in accordance with approved accounting practices, company policy, and gaming regulations. This role will work closely with CFOs, Controllers, and Managers to design new accounting procedures and sub ledgers for their business. During software installation, the Accounting Consultant role assists our clients’ Revenue Audit team with daily revenue reconciliations, financial accounting, financial statement review, and month-end closing process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work alongside our clients’ Revenue Audit Department during software installations to correctly configure our software to their unique needs.
- Enable our clients’ utilization of the software to perform and improve cage vault operations, count room procedures, payroll, and revenue audit departments’ daily tasks.
- Configure our software to correctly model the clients’ chart of accounts.
- Design necessary journal entries at the time of system cutover for system migration.
- Develop and enable department policies and procedures in accordance with gaming regulations and internal controls.
- Provide support services to our clients in a post-install period.
- Demonstrate and provide outstanding customer and employee relations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Audit or Accounting experience is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, technical writing skills.
- Ability to create, read, and understand spreadsheets.
- Ability to work as part of a project team structure.
- Ability to work on-site at client locations throughout North America.
- Ability to pass stringent background investigations required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
