As a Data Strategy & Governance Managing Consultant, you will lead and inspire teams to guide organisations through the complexities of leveraging data effectively to drive strategic business outcomes. Drawing from your expertise in Data management, strategy formulation, governance, analytics and AI, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering transformation initiatives that enable our client to harness the power and value of their data assets. This role requires visionary leadership, technical proficiency, and exceptional communication skills to steer teams through the intricacies of modern data landscapes. Specifically:
- You will lead innovation initiatives, leveraging a wide range of data management topics for our clients, by exploring emerging trends, experimenting with new concepts, and championing innovative solutions. These could include data governance frameworks, data ethics policies, metadata management strategies, and master data management (MDM) solutions.
- You will develop and nurture trusted client relationships, serving as a strategic advisor and partner in solving key challenges in data management, data governance, and data quality delivery.
- You will provide strategic direction and leadership in data strategy, guiding teams in aligning data initiatives with organizational objectives and driving business value through data-driven decision-making.
- You will lead efforts to assess the maturity of clients’ management capabilities through a variety of methods, providing strategic guidance and actionable insights to drive organizational improvement and innovation.
- You will provide strategic guidance on leveraging data-driven insights to inform business decision-making, including advising clients on information management practices, advanced analytics techniques, and emerging trends in data strategy.
- You will lead large scale data transformations, driving innovation and continuous improvement, and facilitate the adoption of cutting-edge technologies to meet client objectives and outcomes.
- You will collaborate with key stakeholders and facilitate innovation initiatives aimed at experimenting with new data strategy and governance concepts.
- You will play a key role in developing our Data Strategy & Governance capability through the development of new market-leading offerings and capabilities, sharing thought leadership and contributing to business development efforts.
- You will contribute to the development of our people, supporting the growth of our Data Driven Transformation team through charismatic leadership qualities, sharing knowledge, insights and training on our offerings and methods.
