Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in HR providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
- 5 years of experience directly managing an HR team.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in global HR operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading HR programs, teams, and initiatives as well as cross-functional collaboration and influence.
- Experience leading a team, developing team goals, defining roles and responsibilities, and engaging in the career development of direct reports.
- Experience working in a data center, manufacturing, or similar operating environment.
- Ability to work within constraints as well as to test the status quo.
- Ability to extrapolate insights from data and metrics, understanding trends, and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, to communicate large complex change, in addition to investigative and problem-solving skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $202,000-$287,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Collaborate across organizational boundaries and navigate the People Operations (POps) ecosystem to influence people's priorities and solutions in service of the business, product, or market.
Drive operational excellence across the organization to improve processes, operations, and service delivery, and influence interventions, process, and product improvements for better experience.
Act as an HR advisor, mentor, and partner to Managers and Leaders, and manage risk mitigation and de-escalating/resolving HR matters.
Provide timely and sound HR guidance, managing client, business, and company needs against risks, to solve HR issues, build relationships, and increase Manager and Leader capability.
Lead and communicate team priorities that support organizational goals. Set clear expectations based on the level and role aligned to the broader organization's goals and meet with individuals to discuss performance and development, and provide feedback and coaching.
