What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and inform product requirements
- Create comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with developers to design and implement effective solutions
- Assist with the creation of test plans and perform testing for enhancements
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Three or more years of relevant experience in a business analysis role within a SAFe/Agile environment
- Proven ability to gather and document comprehensive business requirements
- Experience in using Behavioral Driven Development for writing user stories
- Manual and regression testing experience to ensure functionality meets requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Automated testing experience using tools such as Postman or qTest
- Familiarity with group insurance and knowledge of member eligibility rules
