Position: Life Insurance Post- Sales Manager, Sr. Sales Manager
Location: Delhi / NCR, Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Lucknow, Kolkata, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Agra
Salary: 4 Lac + Rimb + Incentive
Experience: 3 to 14 years in sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential insurance advisors and recruit them in accordance with the management’s business plan.
- Aim to have a team of highly productive advisors.
- Set targets for advisors.
- Meet expected sales targets consistently.
- Facilitate training, monitor development, and provide feedback on the performance of the advisors.
- Review the performance of the advisors regularly.
- Maintain daily activity and recruitment tracker.
Desired Profile:
- MBA in Marketing / Graduate – Any Stream.
- Good academic record.
- At least 2 – 5 years of sales experience in finance companies, banks, consumer durables, telecom sector, top advisors, or members of MDRT.
- Must have stayed with a company for at least one and a half years throughout their career.
- Fairly good command over English as well as the local language.
- Should be presentable.
- Aggressive nature with an aptitude for sales.
- Constant, positive mental energy.
- Ability to motivate people and lead a team.
- Good networking skills to generate leads and recruit influential advisors.
- The candidate should be local or have worked in the specific location for a minimum of 3 – 7 years.
