Location: Delhi/NCR, Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi, Allahabad, Kolkata
Salary: 4 Lac + Rimb + Incentive
Experience: 3 to 14 years in sales
Functional Area: Sales
Education: UG – Any Specialization / PG – Any Specialization
The Key Responsibilities of the Incumbent:
- To identify potential insurance advisors and recruit them in accordance with the management’s business plan.
- To aim to have a team of highly productive advisors.
- To set targets for advisors.
- To meet expected sales targets consistently.
- To facilitate training, monitor development, and provide feedback on the performance of the advisors.
- To review the performance of the advisors regularly.
- To maintain a daily activity and recruitment tracker.
Desired Profile:
- MBA in Marketing / Graduate – Any Stream.
- Good academic record.
- At least 2 – 5 years of Sales Experience.
- Fairly good command over English as well as local language.
- Should be presentable.
- Aggressive nature with an aptitude for sales.
- Constant, positive mental energy.
- Ability to motivate people and lead a team.
- Good networking skills to generate leads and recruit influential advisors.
- The candidate should be local or should have worked in the specific location for a minimum of 3 – 7 years.
