Job Summary:
Advise experienced leadership to develop analytical strategies for complex business and technical needs. Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring data from multiple sources. Design and lead complex projects and data analyses. Engage with peers, managers, risk, compliance, and managers across the enterprise. Perform and test highly complex data analytics for customer remediations. Provide end-to-end ownership of analytics projects including requirements development, code development, testing, peer review, and data-driven guidance/recommendations for remediation strategies. Design analysis project flows and documentation that is structured for consistency, easy to understand, and to be offered to multiple levels of reviewers, partners, and regulatory agents demonstrating research and analysis completed. Investigate and ensure data integrity from multiple sources. Ensure data recommended and used is the best "source of truth." Apply knowledge of business, customers, and products to synthesize data to 'form a story' and align information to contrast/compare to industry perspective. Data involved is typically very large, structured or unstructured, and from multiple sources. Must have a strong attention to detail and be able to meet high-quality standards consistently.
