The Role at a Glance
We are excited to bring on an Absence Consultant Support Specialist to join our Workplace Solutions Team in a remote environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist in finalist presentations up to 1K lives when assigned and complete assigned installations for those customers.
- Act as a resource to support cross-functional teams in responding to routing Request for Proposal questionnaires and document reviews.
- Assist with routine projects and handle project-related activities including submitting documentation for implementation or inforce customer initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine and develop technical specifications from business requirements.
- Provide technical research and analysis to support business operations needs and present findings to management or project leader.
- Triage and complete Account Change Requests including contact manager updates.
- Develop an understanding of the business usage of information technology (IT).
- May develop test plans and perform testing as needed.
What we’re looking for
Must-have experience (Required):
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's).
- 1 - 3+ Years experience in business systems analysis or customer service, claims and/or leave administration.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal/written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Nice-to-have Experience (Preferred):
- Experience working with multiple products.
- Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail.

Pay Range
The pay range for this position is $53,500 - $92,500 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range.
