What you’ll do:
As an associate consultant in the education division, you will partner with senior advisers to:
- Organize and orchestrate detailed change management programs and high-quality deliverables
- Decipher education leaders’ greatest needs
- Identify data-driven insights about your client school systems and institutions
- Translate insights into action for your clients
- Influence leaders and teams to align and act by building deep client relationships
- Collaborate to develop, present and facilitate executive sessions
- Position and design sustainable solutions for ongoing growth and business impact

What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least one year of experience in project management, client management, business development, fundraising, recruitment, sales, and/or entrepreneurial efforts in school, volunteering, internships or professional work
- Demonstrated leadership experience and outstanding performance in education, volunteer activities and professional work
- Availability to start in June 2025 — apply early for priority consideration
- Ability to work on-site at Gallup’s Omaha Riverfront office at least three days a week
- Eligibility to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

Gallup offers a robust benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance options; a 401(k) retirement and savings plan with company matching; and an employee stock ownership program. We also offer an estimated annual salary range of $50,000-$60,000 for this role. Salaries are based on a variety of factors, including an individual’s education, experience, skills and geographic location. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses.
