About the role:
Provide executive leadership to the TSA supplier business relationships and business outcomes. Primary responsibility will be to continuously strive to improve the TSA suppliers financial performance of revenue growth, margin, rebates, profit contribution, market share and ROWC. Responsible for the supplier financial and relationship management, strategic business planning process and execution, matrix management of the extended supplier team and developing strong executive supplier relationships.
What you'll do:
- Provides leadership and management direction to assigned team.
- With Marketing, develops and implements the TSA go to market strategy and marketing plans to support supplier go to market strategies.
- Develops and drives the strategic business planning process.
- Provides effective leadership to implement and execute business plans across the extended supplier team.
- With Marketing, develops and delivers brand programs and solutions to achieve key measurements.
- With Marketing, manages & maximizes marketing budgets, secures incremental funding and maximizes rebate programs.
- Identifies and channels effective communications to influence the supplier organization in pursuit of greater alignment of TD SYNNEX with supplier business objectives to achieve mutual goals and objectives.
- Responsible for the business relationship of TSA suppliers.
- Provides effective leadership across the extended team to implement and drive the action plan(s) of identified issues to improve performance.
- Coordinates with sales, or other resources to clearly identify and communicate supplier related issues/opportunities and the development of appropriate solutions.
- Responsible for the financial performance/return of TSA suppliers measured by sales, margin, profit contribution, ROWC, inventory, market share.
- Identifies and drives new supplier opportunities with particular emphasis on the development of services that blend supplier resource/capability with an TD SYNNEX service/capability to create a value proposition unique from other competitors.
- Conducts business reviews with supplier and TD SYNNEX.
What we're looking for:
- In-depth Technology Distribution industry knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead team of high level individual contributors.
- Strategic leadership, critical analysis, interpersonal and communications skills, matrix management competency.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate for problem resolution.
- Demonstrated effective negotiation skills.
- Working knowledge and experience in the effective use of financial analysis and profit management techniques.
- An in-depth knowledge of business financial requirements and measurements.
- Strong leadership, organization, communication, presentation and business planning skills.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence individuals and groups across and within TD SYNNEX and Suppliers' management organization with particular emphasis on successes at the highest executive levels.
Work Experience:
- Fifteen years of progressively more responsible executive sales and/or marketing experience in the technology industry or related field including at least five years of success in an executive leadership role.
Education and Certification(s):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or the equivalent professional level knowledge based on other formal coursework and work experiences.
