Opportunity for a BE/BC General Surgeon to join an existing practice with another established general surgeon. Call coverage requires 10 days per month at the hospital. New grads and practicing physicians are welcome to apply. Enjoy a competitive compensation package including benefits.
The hospital is a 47-bed fully accredited acute care facility with an adjacent 93-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, located in northern San Diego County and servicing a population of 47,000 spread over 127 square miles. The hospital offers a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services including: 24-hour emergency services, obstetrics, ICU, cardiac rehabilitation, inpatient and outpatient surgery, rehabilitation services, and Centers for Advanced Orthopedic and ENT Care.
This community boasts abundant open space and an unpolluted environment. The climate offers mostly sunny days with an average annual rainfall of 14 inches and temperatures ranging from a yearly average low of 48 to an average high of 71 degrees.
