Description: This position is responsible for the performance of CT examinations, which include all aspects of chart review, patient care, technical performance, processing, and patient screening and maintaining data logs.
Qualifications:
- Radiology Technologist with A.R.R.T registry required.
- CT registry preferred.
- CT registry a must within 12 months of hire date.
Experience: CT experience required.
Licenses, Certifications and/or Registrations: Radiology Technologist with A.R.R.T. registry required. CT registry preferred. CT registry a must within 12 months of hire date. BLS required.
Equipment/Tools/Work Aids: CT scan units, pressure injectors, and computers.
Specialized Skills: Must be able to handle multiple tasks all at the same time.
Physical Requirements: Will require standing, sitting at the control desk, stooping, bending, pushing, and lifting in excess of 25 pounds.
