Description
This position is responsible for producing Nuclear Medicine exams. The responsibilities include dose calibration of isotopes, administration, imaging and non-imaging procedures, radiation protection, quality control, and quality assurance.
Qualifications
Graduate of School of Radiological Technologist with certification in Nuclear Medicine or B.S. degree program in Nuclear Medicine. One year under Radiology Technologist program and certification or B.S. degree in Nuclear Medicine. ARRT X-ray registry and Nuclear Medicine registry or CNMT Registry with B.S. Degree and BLS required. Background and training in Nuclear Medicine. Will require walking, standing, stooping, bending, pushing and lifting in excess of 25 pounds.
