As we continue to expand our ability to provide extraordinary, human-centered primary care services across the country, the teams that support the providers and frontline teams are growing as well. We are seeking to hire a Senior Program Leader, Central Access, responsible for partnering with operational and clinical leaders to ensure our members receive best-in-class access to care across all of our markets and service lines. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Workforce Planning Strategic Operations and collaborating with General Managers, District Managers along with their teams and clinical dyads, you will help build and execute plans that will support our teams through rapid growth and change. Specifically, you will drive projects that address patient access, capacity planning, strategic forecasting, and workforce planning.
You are an analytical problem-solver with an eye for detail, who can also effectively communicate how those details fit into the bigger picture to team members across the organization. Driven by continuous improvement, you love identifying creative solutions to complex problems, and have demonstrated persistence in accomplishing objectives regardless of circumstance. Experience integrating quantitative and qualitative information to draw accurate solutions will be important to your success. Naturally at ease with cross-functional partners, you are able to work collaboratively across multiple teams, and are comfortable with shifting priorities, styles, and work environments in an exciting, evolving role. Key job responsibilities
- Own programmatic development of one or more patient access value stream components: Capacity Planning & Management, Staffing & Deployment, Template Design, Patient Scheduling, Panel Management
- Partner with field team members, clinical, and operations leaders on process design, change management & standard work related to capacity, deployment, scheduling and panel management. Examples include:
- Collaborating with field leaders on implementation of access initiatives such as reducing wait times, care model utilization, patient capacity improvement and growth initiatives in support of One Medical strategic goals
- Designing and rolling out Access standard work to field leaders
- Designing, implementing and supporting standardized capacity planning with field teams and tool development of panel management processes
- Collaborate with Senior and Executive Leaders to design and execute cross-functional projects, standards and accountability structures to empower operations teams to achieve goals
- Development of shared capacity management models and operations tools
- Partner with product teams to improve access across access channels by innovation of provider template and scheduling solutions
- Collaborate with Finance and Recruiting to develop seamless planning & hiring processes
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience with continuous performance improvement and change management methodologies
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working in a healthcare setting as a program or project manager
