The Johns Hopkins All Children’s Cancer and Blood Disorders Institute (CBDI) in St. Petersburg, Florida is recruiting additional pediatric hematology/oncology hospitalists/nocturnists for our growing program. We were recently recognized by U.S. News & World Report (2024-2025) as the highest ranked pediatric cancer program on the west coast of Florida. The CBDI aims to be the center of excellence and the premier cancer and blood disorder center in Florida for children, adolescents, and young adults.
The CBDI hospitalist team consists of 3 pediatric hematologist/oncologists who cover pediatric hematology, oncology and BMT inpatient services between the hours of 4:30 PM – 7:30 AM daily. The ideal candidate will be board eligible/certified in pediatric hematology/oncology with a record of clinical excellence. He/she will have the ability/desire to provide exceptional patient care and foster our mission of delivering family-centered multidisciplinary care in a cutting-edge setting. New graduates demonstrating these skills will also be considered.
Participation in medical education and research is strongly encouraged. Fellowship training in pediatric hematology/oncology is required.
