Compensation (Pay): $54,000 to $79,000/annually, based on experience.

Summary: The Site Supervisor supervises, coordinates, and has direct oversight for all ambulatory clinical operations and staff, within a designated health center. Responsible for financial stewardship, organizational initiatives and performance goals relating to healthcare delivery platforms within their health center. Supervises the implementation of effective programs and services; facilitates and reports on performance assessment and management systems; executes directives and recommendations to improve health center performance and action steps to address issues. Maintains knowledge of and assures health center compliance with all Peak Vista policies and procedures and applicable regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervises the day-to-day operations of the health center as a member of the health center leadership team.
- Promotes and participates in the development of team-based care to ensure all delivery platforms support a patient-centric approach.
- Assures appropriate staffing ratios, competencies are completed, certifications are maintained, organizational trainings are completed, and all staff meet training for specific job requirements.
- Monitors attendance, approves timecards, and manages time off requests of all designated staff.
- Participates in the hiring, orientation, training process, professional development, and performance management for all designated staff.
- Schedules meetings, formulates agendas, facilitates, and maintains minutes, and participates in all meetings as assigned (e.g., team huddles, unit meetings, etc.).
- Possesses the knowledge of key operating systems and standard operating procedures within the health centers, while ensuring staff and health center adherence.
- Demonstrates competency with electronic practice management system and is responsible for daily templates, provider schedules, and ensures timely documentation is maintained.
- Provides supervision of provider empanelment composition and development, addressing concerns at the appropriate level for further action.
- Supervises vaccine program support and inventory management for all immunizations, as required.
- Executes health center budget in accordance with organizational priorities to achieve efficiency and stewardship.
- Executes Process Improvement/Quality Improvement activities in coordination with Quality Assurance Team.
- Ensures patient and employee safety, and satisfaction, while addressing patient and staff concerns and critical organizational reporting, in a timely manner, in support of the provider-patient relationship.
- Possesses effective interpersonal and professional communication skills and abilities in conjunction with emotional intelligence.
- Ability to make decisions at the health center level, and set priorities based on patient needs and organizational priorities, aligned with leadership.

If applicable, Coordinator(s) of Clinical Operations, Medical Assistant Supervisor(s), Reception Supervisor(s), and designated staff.
Demonstrates strong leadership skills, knowledge, and abilities. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensures that the appropriate personnel meet all job required competencies.

Education/Experience:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent education. Bachelor’s in health-related field or business preferred.
Work Experience: 3-4 years of relevant healthcare experience with 2 years of leadership experience required.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer knowledge, experience with use of electronic health records, internet, database software, and keyboard skills.
