Charge Nurse - Night Shift
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Charge Nurse for the Night Shift (Noc).
Position Overview:
As a Charge Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the night operations of our healthcare facility. This leadership position requires a seasoned RN with strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering superior patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership and direction to the nursing staff during the night shift.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Utilize your clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, patients, and families to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the night shift.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records and reports.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership and supervisory experience preferred.
