Full-Time Lead Veterinarian - Hiring Immediately + Flexible Scheduling - Chaska, MN
We are seeking a full-time Lead Veterinarian to join our hospital in Chaska, MN. This role is ideal for an experienced veterinarian looking to take on a leadership position and help manage a thriving practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and surgery for animals
- Lead and manage the clinic staff, including hiring, firing, and training
- Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care
- Market the clinic to attract new clients and build a strong client base
- Maintain the clinic's financial records and manage budgeting
Qualifications:
- DVM or equivalent degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in general practice
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
