Schedules Available:
Full-time, exempt - $72,800.00 annually
Part-time, non-exempt, 20 hours per week - $35.00 per hour
Per Diem, non-exempt, maximum of 10 hours per week - $45.00 per hour

Momentum PTN is currently hiring Physical Therapists (PT) for our Torrance Main Clinic. We have a rich history in the South Bay community as a dedicated and forward-thinking non-for-profit clinic for children with a variety of needs. Our multi-disciplinary clinic provides physical therapists with the opportunity to collaborate in various programs, including early intervention programs, Early Head Start, Social Skills groups, Summer Programs, and Parent Training. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promotes a friendly, comfortable, and safe environment
- Respects and promotes the rights of individuals
- Provides outpatient physical therapy services in a clinical setting and/or within our center-based early intervention program
- Works alongside and collaborates with other professionals/therapists
- Manages a varied caseload, including early intervention and rehabilitative and habilitative services for children ages 0 to 18 years with various diagnoses
- Follows and implements company policies
- Attends required in-service trainings and company meetings
- Performs other duties as assigned to meet departmental and/or business needs
Education and Experience:- Master's degree in physical therapy; required
- Current Physical Therapy California state license; required
- Pediatric experience with a variety of disorders; preferred
- CPR/First Aid certified; preferred
Skills and Knowledge:- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English well enough to perform essential duties and responsibilities; required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Possess sufficient patience and understanding to approach people and their desired wants and needs
- Communicate and work professionally and cooperatively with others
Requirements:- Must maintain valid and current proof of legal right to drive in California
- Successfully pass all post-offer, pre-employment screening requirements, including criminal background check, TB test, drug screening, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to run, push, pull, bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
